How much does the audit cost?
The audit costs £397 and includes the on-site visit and written report. Submitting an enquiry does not take payment or confirm a booking.
How long does the audit take?
The on-site visit takes around 90 minutes. It is a focused operational snapshot, not an exhaustive inspection of every shift, record or business condition.
What should I prepare?
Have recent sales, stock, labour, waste and supplier information available if you want financial estimates tested. Please also identify the main issue you want the review to explore.
Does the owner need to be there?
The owner or a decision-maker should be available at the start and end, and reachable for factual questions. The business should otherwise trade normally wherever practical.
When will I receive the report?
We aim to deliver the report within 72 hours of the visit; please allow up to five working days during busy periods.
Will you interrupt my staff?
We spend most of the visit observing. If we need to clarify something, we ask respectfully and keep disruption low.
Do you guarantee savings or profit increases?
No. We identify opportunities and recommendations. Results depend on implementation, trading conditions and other business factors.
Is this suitable for a small takeaway?
Yes. The audit is designed for independent hospitality businesses, including takeaways, fish & chip shops, fried chicken shops, pizza shops, cafés, restaurants, dessert shops and chai businesses.
Will you take photographs?
Photography may be suggested where it would help explain a finding. It is used only where appropriate and with permission. The public sample uses fictional Mr Munchbox demonstration images, not photographs or evidence from a live client audit.
Will my report be exactly 112 pages?
No. The 112-page public sample demonstrates the maximum depth and style of the premium format. A paid report is tailored to the evidence and priorities of the business, so its length may differ.
Will my report include a score or certificate?
No score, traffic-light rating, benchmark or certificate is promised as part of the current paid offer. Any scores in the public sample are fictional prioritisation examples, not accredited ratings.
How are financial opportunities treated?
Any figures are estimates based on available business evidence and stated assumptions. Profit-leak exposure is not guaranteed recovery, and additional revenue is not the same as profit. The two are kept separate.
Is it a formal food safety inspection?
No. EfficiencyAudit™ is not a food safety certification or regulatory inspection. It is a practical profit and efficiency review.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently cover Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Keighley, Batley, Dewsbury and surrounding areas.
Do I have to buy anything else afterwards?
No. Your audit and report stand on their own. If further support is ever discussed, it is separate and optional.
